for those who join Chinn, you also get to implement Dale town Rec Middle (see beneath).  should you be a part of Dale town, then you can use Chinn but really need to spend a $1 each day consumer cost.  The rec facilities also help you pay a daily fee without any membership, but it's a bit steep. Now the only thing you gain is more totally free
